It's where the mining license and buffer zone 'noise' is (imo) a good thing right now.
its allowed significant discovery footprint to be uncovered yet the large players probably wouldn't be able to make a play for PDI before it's sorted, allowing higher and fairer offers.
hopefully I'm right.
