They do need to generate some form of info re the western assets because they will be doing an IPO soon and setting a price. They have to give new investors something so its not a blind leap of faith.
No point doing an IPO with just land. They need to raise funding to work the asset. Some others here think some results should come before the spin out, i agree. If they can raise money at a high value that is a good thing. Good for LPI holders like us, and dont forget all the management staff have much wealth in LPI so free shares to them is their benefit.

We need to remember management have worked on this for 6 years. They are in the boat with us re having wealth tied up in it and benefit from rising share price.

Any news is good for WLI also to demonstrate to LPI investors that this team will break the cycle of late timeframes etc. Just some thoughts. But we truly are at the point end.
