The resource is there, today's management role is more than running the company but enhance shareholders value in the company. There are other aspects in a public listed company, like communication with shareholders, governance and promotion of the company. It is important for management to keep shareholders informed and look after interest of all shareholders not particular shareholders. I have confidence in management, just to let management know, in the 3 months period we are the the worst performer.
