Extreme weather events happen regurlarly in this region.
Very risky to navigate the terrain in torrential rain, ..the ground is not machine friendly at all, takes a highly skilled operator to navigate a parh.
Come summertime, it is extremely hot and is not uncommon to have a "no machinery movement" alert , which means nothing that creates heat can move at all.
These restrictions will hamper not only the drilling but also the mining and production process... if it gets to that stage.
Timing is a huge factor here.
