So then (in all seriousness) if "vertical integration" is the way to go, and its a "no-brainer" as you say, why stop at lithium salts. Surely you would go the next step, its not that big of a step, and at least make the Cathode Active Materials ... be an even better partner to the battery cell maker woudn'y you???
