If Winsome can retool a diamond plant, then Im sure that Sayona can retool a carbonate plant.
Does the Sayona Quebec JV require approval from the minority share holder to proceed with the construction or can the majority shareholder seek the 25% funding elsewhere?
I do not know of another agreement where a minority shareholder can simply block the project, regardless of how important that project is to the majority shareholder.
If Winsome can retool a diamond plant, then Im sure that Sayona...
