Anything is possible with the pace of change in this sector Mega and its why rushing anything can prove costly. The JV will be well aware of all new developments. IMO anything related to a refinery at NAL will be next years story, first get the existing operations up to specifications and profitable...my gut feeling is Moblan would be prioritised, as mining and production of spod are something SYA understands and its also a project that has the potential to attract a large partner/ investor.
Never a dull moment in this emerging sector...
