Was there a deliberate hold up in hunting cesium because of the Chinese deal. Now that is coming to an end maybe they were told to hold off by Aust and or American contacts to keep the stuff away from the chopsticks crew. It is a very rare and extremely valuable resource could be a bit of CIA at play!
