I am willing to bet on a thermal property sale sometime in the next 12 months. The logic is compelling; will shortly have two JORC documented coal bodies, both are suitable for trucking to China but because of low to medium quality should be a cheap buy with good margins for an entrepreneur. Xanadu will welcome the cash, can use up tax losses accumulated so far from exploration expenditure, maybe a bit left over for a capital return to shareholders although that is always a mixed blessing for holders.
