It is going to be hard to find out pethard but effectively, the shares not taken up by citic and acorn are now up for grabs elsewhere..
upside is not much of a dump because exisitng holders cant access it downside is massive dilution
if they can secure the exploration incentive funding as well then at least they will be funded for a good 12 months
