Great question. I feel like I see price sensitive anns with a lot less information or news! These kinds of anns being non-price sensitive is something you usually see from much bigger comapnies with a lot more going on, maybe WWI trying to give off the image they are sitting at the big boys table? Or maybe they want the next price sens ann to be the biggun that gets all the attention and price action?
