You are right with this, and very good points.
However would have thought notification of EA appeal squashed that allowed for this activity & Ann would also warrant a market update.
Even if they then later update the market again once the MR paperwork is completed.
They appear to have very good and experienced legal support, so surely they haven't incorrectly started.
Imagine all will be revealed tomorrow's meeting.
For all we know there is an announcement held up in the ASX freeze ha.
Either way, today has me feeling super bullish on the SP. They have been saying "approval soon" and we have been talking about an "imminent" announcement for a long time, lets face it. This morning's Ann makes it feel like we might finally be actually getting it imminently.
