Im no expert.on ENR though have held for 2yrs. Prior to the early JVs.

Though i do remember some.time ago they changed their thought process and adopted how junior exploration compnaies overseas work.

They apply for MLs over propective tenements and then spend countless hours pooring over geological models maps and geoscience surveys.

Identify targets and do a lot of.background leg work before flagging it to majors.

They take the 30/70 jv and let the big boys fund it.

This has been slowly put together over 3yrs and is now comjng to fruitition.

If any of there jvs hit a target the pay day could be huge. They have the option to buy in or cash out and distribute profit to shareholders. Very little dilution till DFS stage.
