I've seen unusual appointments before - normally when a director resigns abruptly and a new director is needed immediately to comply with ASX listing rules (minimum of 3 directors), but Len Dean has not yet resigned in this case. Chris Farrow has been involved in takeovers and mergers in previous roles, so perhaps that expertise will be used down the track? That could be just wishful thinking and we need good results first.
