ok, I think I get it now, the one I post/got from commsec iress says "substantial shareholders" I guess these are the account/shareholders who used commsec, so it exclude any other shareholders using other broker therefore the list isn't the completed top20 list, only the top20 holder under commsec broker. is that correct?
