It’s a big problem with these small juniors the executives get way ahead of themselves and decide to pay themselves mind boggling salaries and bonuses along with those tasty share options. Unfortunately even the best teams suffer from this incurable decease of greed and little oversight, ultimately shareholders hold the only power to stop it but by the time they can take action the cow is already been milked dry....
