Do you realise that the crown is legally entitled to issue mining licences for exploration (which they have) and the landowners can basically do very little about it? Not that Oakdale would just do what they want without consultation with the landowner, just making a point which you seem to not understand. I won't bother pointing out what's wrong with every other point you've made, but I'd say your comment is wrong by at least 200%, in my opinion
