Yeah that's what it looks like, hostile takeover perhaps.
You have to wonder though how a single entity got past the 20% rule...
Was it approved through the right channels or just done? It's illegal to hold more than 20% of an ASX listed company with more than 50 share holders and I'm pretty sure that there's more than 50 share holders and Geozen owns over 50%.
Probably a good sign for what's in the ground with Geozen's greed but could be bad for AGC if this takeover is not above board...
It has nothing to do with SER at all and looks more of a positive at this stage.
Anyone got info on how Geozen came to such a larg e holding and was it legally approved? I'll laugh if my comment about SER came true and they takeover their project lol
