Yeah, looks like they're trying to cap it to force sellers straight in to the support zone and expose the buy high sell low mob.
I would think SER is is nearly done now if not already. RC holes don't take that long and they aren't drilling super deep. Just depends on weather and terrain conditions but from memory the 6 weeks is done or almost.
