No, IMO, they dont as the proposed MOU JV has not been executed. From what I can make out the Antena/Xupe is 100% owned by OGX.
Its seems Anglo have paid the $3m without executing the MOU JV.
You bring up good points and I enjoy your posts but you are just presuming that there is a binding agreement because Anglo paid a $3m pre-payment.
At the end of the day the proposed MOU JV has not been executed and is currently under discussion.
