I disagree about this being "poor form". It makes sense that this agreement is being renegotiated, as OGX is now haggling from a position of strength in contrast to the dire days of a year ago. Management is likely in the process of renegotiating better terms for OGX shareholders, which is what I want. Disclosure on this issue is probably delayed until renegotiations have completed.

And in any case, the ability for OGX to self-fund now reduces the vital importance of the JV agreement. Sticking blindly to that agreement (Trump would call it "a bad deal, the worst deal in history) isn't in shareholders interests now.
