there was a comment recently about a tax credit or refund due to the company (i'll track down the reference) so i'm not sure that there will be a cr before the drilling results are due. additionally the recent exp update stated that this round of drilling is fully funded. of course a few good hits and a bounce in the sp would be a better time to raise capital rather than the current bargain basement pricing.
