I agree that its poor negotiation on MAN's part. At the first sign of any issue, MAN should have walked away and said 'these are the terms we're happy with, so if you change your minds, then you know where to find us'.
I still think Delfin is a goer but quite frankly, its no bother if Delfin doesn't go ahead. What matters is the pile of money MAN has and the opportunity that could present with any other new project (hopefully lithium or nickel in Brazil).
