Lots of ups and downs today ..

Please remember it is MAN that is seeking to alter the terms of agreement... NOT the vendor !!!!.... Unfortunately we don't have much more information other than they want to de risk the project by tying the vendor to access clauses... This tells me the deal was done on the original terms, and the vendor DID NOT pull out because of the renegotiations!!!!!!.... What's left????? How much more are you going to give us for that clause to be included ... Still I cannot help but think of the size of the holding that they will get of the company, plus cash plus royalties.. Ask yourself, if you were a Chilean company with no cash and no prospects of raising capital, what would you do ????? Hang tough to get a better deal, maybe , but don't let this one get away !!!! is my guess ...... I'm leaning towards deal done , maybe a bit more compensation
