Yeah it would . But you can also deduce a fair conclusion of what might be going on behind the scenes. Because at the moment , this acquisition from the both the Market and the ASX's perspective has to be the ' Worst kept Secret ' . So what does the ASX do ? Slap a price query please explain on the stock for its recent movement ....., only to get the obvious answer in reply.

On the other hand with respect to the Companies obligations under continuous disclosure , you would think that given they have the hand held XRF's in the field as well as what would be very clear core visuals from the first holes would have to report their findings if they looked reasonable. So what do they do ...., do they go for a trading halt , and at what point do they do that . Or do they simply come out with them now while the stock is in retrace / consolidation .

Either way. The longer they hesitate on updating the market , the more likely the market will believe there is nothing worth reporting ....and the stock ticker will loose momentum. In any case , I would have thought by delaying in any way would be a potential lost opportunity . Especially given they clearly eluded or suggested that the whole idea of the XRF 's use would be to update the market on results in ' Real Time '.
