Thanks, @Matt777 and all the other contributors here. This Hot Copper board has a good vibe. None of the negativity, trolls, or personal attacks which some of the other stock boards have.

I'm a S32 shareholder and learnt about Noronex through the collaboration announcement. I don't own any Noronex shares (yet) but the more I read, the more interested I am.

It's amazing to think Moteo went from first discovery to first production in just seven years. Botswana and Namibia are probably the two best jurisdictions in Africa for rule of law and stability. And you can get stuff done quickly.

It is amazing too, that the chief geologist and COO are both in this company. I guess Bruce just got tired of the corporate environment and various box ticking (I'm trying to avoid the political, and inflammatory word "woke") regime that most of our largest corporations have become. I've watched YouTube videos with him. He's no salesman to say the least! A bit too technical for my basic understanding of mining. Probably a geologist at heart, who just wants to be out in the field exploring and not presenting at conferences or meeting criteria unrelated to mining. Totally understandable.

I also had no idea NRX own exploration permits for 1% of Namibia. Or that the eastern part of Kalahari copper belt is largely unexplored.

I guess the two biggest questions are: 1. Is anything likely to be out there; and 2) Is Bruce the man likely to find it if a new Khoemacao or Mateo does exist in eastern Namibia?

S32 paid US$1.5b from memory, for its Hermosa deposit in Arizona when it took over the company which discovered it. As an $8m explorer, what would a 60,000 tonne a year of copper discovery do to the share price? Quite a lot, I'd imagine! S32 has been reluctant to buy anything in the past few years, putting its efforts into partnering with small explorers instead; for very limited results. The price of buying an existing copper mine has become prohibitively expensive with the high expectations of future copper demand. Finding and building your own within 7 years sounds very appealing.

There are no certainties in this industry, but I am thinking Noronex could be a speculative, small buy for me.
