No rug pulls there, just the classic 1 share 12.5c sacrifice to pip it back to 12.5 where once again it hadn’t traded all day. Decent going when a whole12.5c can wipe millions off a companies market cap and make a TO premium seem higher based on average closing price
Guess they didn’t feel like getting the 13 it churned through all day. These people paint these charts better than Picasso
