Yep, have done the same with mixed results. Sometimes have the rug pulled and end up paying the 13 in your example.
I guess it gets back to how they’re described as ways of buying or selling without affecting the market. The two things that come from that in closing auctions is they do affect the market by closing it down to levels not traded. The second part is that theory makes no sense given they don’t sell to maximise profit.
No doubt all part of their plan to wear you down!
