Dont think this one has been noticed at all - seems to be flying under the radar from both flippers at low end of the market to speccie punters. Al-raghy was buying a lot on the market including mopping up everything in the placement that wasn't taken up. Sure as hell there is never any stock to buy so if the news breaks with a slightest confirmation, I don't think anyone will part with their closely held shares. This one should have no problems touching $1/$1.5 before the mid next year.
