It took a few weeks to finally finish. I actually had to cut some stuff because it was up to 46 pages with font size 12 when I copy/pasted into a WORD doc... Snooze alert hehe. Anyway, glad I finally got it done on a day like today. I seldom see QH this excited... But then again at around US$23-$25 M in EV it's so cheap that I just had to take a substantial position. Could pretty much throw away 2 projects and it would still not be expensive IMHO.
