CEO was issued 28m shares for being the vendor of the project. Paul and Eric of Adriatic fame (directors) bought on market recently.

normally the price gets pumped before a CR, so I would assume that one isn’t imminent. Unless it’s at an attractive price e.g. a premium to current SP. they aren’t desperate, so no rush in my opinion. They might just be shopping the company around to fund managers. Any company worth their salt would want to get some long-term focused institutional money on their register. That type of money moves the share price.
