This is the asx announcement that states the Reserves and production from the tailings

Read the above announcement, the tailings are already drilled to get the reserve. Further drilling may increase that reserve.

The Doc says the biggest issue is the power plant.... short term power can be brought in quickly...plant needs minor attention, the biggest item is the mill has sat on its bearings for too long, but very minor.

The rest of your post I won't bother with as it is all answered in the links above. You clearly have done no research and seem to rely on Hotcopper posts for your information - that is a sure way to lose money.
