If someone wants a reasonable sized holding, they could take it up to .019 which has been sitting for a while there. Interestingly if it hits that it will be a new 52 week high.
Early days but heading in the right direction, with not many willing sellers.
Some good results from this drill and a huge rerate can possibly happen.
