Well one good reason is that S32 is aligning the company down the net zero Carbon path, as per their announcement re divesting the Illawarra Metalurgical Coal, "aligned with their strategy to transform their portfolio toward commodities critical in the transition to a low-carbon future".
Seems to fit with their interest in 'green magnetite'.
