Its not much of a risk if you sell all tranche 1 because if the sp is above 15c you can count on every other insto voting them through.
That also assumes you don't have any from the last 2 placements.
I'd say there is about zero chance of tranche 2 getting voted down if the sp is above 15c.

Mate I don't want to seem to be down on SI but you have to admit its pretty clear that those that got shares in this raise are dumping them.
I'm not suggesting for 1 second its all of them but some of them clearly are and have sucked some loose hands down with them.
ATM we have a guaranteed 7.5 million from placement and have wiped multiples off the MC.
