I think Directors buy for two reasons: 1. To support and raise the share price ahead of a capital raising, or 2. during a window of no news to get shares in something they believe is utterly fantastic at the lowest possible price. in the first case you would expect to see them strategically paying up on-market and taking the offer. In the second case you would expect to see them sitting below the bid and waiting for the market to come down to them. I have no idea why these directors are buying in this company. Their two more promising projects are still a very long way from any drilling.
