Artemis Resources Limited (“Artemis” or “the Company”) (ASX:ARV, Frankfurt: ATY, US OTCQB:
ARTTF) is pleased to advise shareholders that GreenTech Metals Limited (“GreenTech”) (ASX:GRE)
has today listed on ASX.
Artemis is GreenTech’s largest shareholder (6,750,000 shares being ~15%), following the divestment on
non-core projects, including the Whundo Copper-Zinc, Ruth Well Nickel, Weerianna and Nickol River
projects. Additionally, Artemis retains exposure to the highly prospective Osborne Nickel prospect, where
GreenTech has the ability to earn a 51% interest.
