I think the market is overlooking an obvious company-maker aspect of GT1. Ownership of or part ownership of a refinery in Thunder Bay. Mines and refinery linked by rail - all powered by hydropower in mining-friendly Ontario to sell into the U.S
The hints are in the presentations and video presentations. They have the management and strategic partners to make it happen.

Rocktech lithium and Avalon have all been talking about setting up a refinery for a few years now with little evidence of progress except for Rock Tech gaining some financial backers for a refinery in Germany. Rock Tech is still working on the basis of moving concentrate from their Ontario mine to Germany for processing.
My money is on Thunder Bay setting up to be a major refinery hub for the U.S with Ontario lithium mines in the box seat to supply...... but that's just me.
