No one should be afraid of a CR when the stock is cheap and is in a hot sector.
If they do raise money and at a decent price watch the stock run when people realise they have the cash and the CR so called risk is gone and then people realise I should have bought the stock before.
If you think the stock is cheap or even know it is extremely undervalued be a man and show some conviction and buy. A CR in this situation is only bullish.
When a stock is dead in the water and has to raise to.stay alive it is a different story. Few can understand this.
