Can I make a simple explanation.

I have 102 bottles of water. I lock 62 bottles away and put 40 up for sale. It’s a very hot day.

I enter into a bidding process to sell those 40 bottles. The price is set from sale to sale. Some buy more than one and put them aside for later. Demand creates demand and new prices.

Nobody cares about the 60 bottles locked away they are unavailable. The focus is on the 40 bottles and what will be made available from that store.

As far as OD6 is concerned there
are 40 million shares available - not 102 million - and the market will be created on the availability of those shares. No ramping. Just simple logic.

You should only worry about the other 62 million as they come out of escrow and hit the market. That will be in two tranches and many months away. Good luck to you.
