If there hadn't been inferred cross sections released showing enormous pegs under the ground, then I agree - questions would be a bit premature.
But given the way the diagram was presented by management, there are now reasonable questions why there isn't news after 13 days. The first hole was indicated to run for 100m (relatively shallow for diamond drilling). Second hole ear marked for 200m.
My understanding is that under disclosure rules, the company would be obliged to report the discovery of mineralised pegs (given this would be a material announcement for a company which thus far has not discovered any).
None of this means they aren't going to find something, but it does make questions very reasonable to ask.
