Thanks rahonui, do these guys have a website searched everywhere and cant seem to find. Also called their number that comes up on company Google search yesterday morning, it went through two different exchanges to answering machine. No greeting with company name on answering machine so could be anybody really, not very professional in my book. I left a message to call me nothing back so far. Just an observation......does this reflect company policies and procedures from anybody else's experience?
