In spite of management, 11/12 cents is very much pre Grace or even Youanmi so barring market corrections I dont see this price ever being hit again but you never know.
I do get the management philosophy of picking up the nearolgy plays and then trying to farm them out for others to do the hard work but agree this sometimes means that they give away stuff.
Current shareholders live in hope though, the potential is there. (somewhere)
