    CGR shares on issue are low at around 90million. WA1 only has 60million shares on issue so, harder for CGR to reach their gains (hard for any stock to reach their gains), but on SOI's alone, then CGR would need to be finding something marginally bigger or better than what WA1 has found. But of course...markets can be irrational...so who knows!
