re: Ann: Drilling Commences at Widowmaker Ni-... I just wanted to correct the record on Sirius regarding July last year. The price only spiked after the major announcement. Trading was stopped on July 23rd. On July 26th they announced the major discovery after which trading resumed and the share price climbed from the pre-announcement price of 5.8c to 45c at close of trading.
This was the sequence of announcements:
23/07/2012 Trading Halt
25/07/2012 Suspension from Official Quotation
26/07/2012 Major nickel-copper discovery defines new province
26/07/2012 Reinstatement to Official Quotation
