    They have enough cash to keep the drill rigs turning for a while. If they find gold ( very high probability) then the SP gets re-rated and a CR wouldn't smash down the SP. On the contrary, it would spike share holder interest and move the share price up.
    Rick Indrisie is already in the waters, a few instos joining the party will take GSM to new heights.
