No idea about any one on ones.
Given that was some 14 months ago (according to your post), I would think any issues at the time would now be well and truely past their use by date.
Might have been nothing more than a mission for the big shareholders to 'keep the faith'. Remember, resource stocks a year ago were in a very dark place.
