Do not forget that VMS will also mine tungsten and Magnetite next to the Tin at the same time.
The magnetite alone would be close to paying for the mining of the Tin and Tungsten so the Tin is basically mined at no cost.
There is a lot to like about Mt Lindsay and remember, they only drilled out a very small part of the tenement so far.
