It's a question of legal tenure. See at the end at the major operation how Peter is talking in hushed tones. There appears to be fear of upsetting a group there otherwise he would be talking normally as per prior sections of the video.
My point is that fund managers are going to have a hard time justifying making an investment in a company that has disputed legal tenure. Am I wrong? It that not exactly what is showing in the share price, capitalization and EV/oz vs others?
If it is normal not to have legal tenure during exploration, what does that say about legal tenure if a shallow high-grade discovery is made nearby. Does anyone really tink it will be left alone when Peter is afraid to talk normally in front of the local operators?
