The area has played host to some exceptional gold discoveries and it's amazing just how little exploration has been completed in recent times. AAR and their Mandilla discovery highlight that there is a lot more gold to be found in the area. In just the last few months they have unfolded a large gold system. This system is along a shear zone which MXR dominate the ownership of. Based on that alone I would speculate that MXR are worth more than their current MC. It gets better though, the Wattle Dam mine which produced gold at exceptional grades is home base for MXR, they are systematically exploring the geological sequence which hosted this mine. This is not run of the mill stuff but a gold system which regularly spat out drill intersections of over 1000g/t, the best on record 1m @ 6770g/t. One RMS making intersect was 48m at 154g/t. You can find more on this from old RMS announcements. Of note here also is that RMS didn't really explore the full potential for an offset extension at depth (Think BGL...)

So roughly 30km of shear zone that has/does host some very good gold grades, drills in the ground and results not too far over the horizon. The company are adequately funded and have filled their placement capacity until the AGM (typically Nov?). They'll raise again late year and ideally at a much higher price post some smashing results.

IMO this is a company that is one or 2 solid drill holes away from 30-50m MC yet sits here for the picking at $8m MC. They may miss, miss and miss again but the quality of their ground will always have value attributed to it. IMO the next 6 months you likely have 50% downside risk v's 500% upside potential, a risk v's reward proposition that I'll take all day every day.

These guys are grossly undervalued. Concur with everything you have written...

I was screaming for ppl to buy this at sub 3.0cents and a m cap close to $1mill prior to their raising. Absurd hey?

I will probably be moved slightly down the top holders list but all is well that ends well.
